The tentative schedule of events is as followed:
Friday afternoon/evening: Arrive in Blue Hill, BBQ at Peter and Ann Louise's house
Saturday: Activities on your own (or a planned activity, see below) during the day. Saturday evening: Reunion dinner
Sunday: Departure, onward to Pubnico or other plans
There are plenty of things to do in the area, and everyone is welcome to do their own thing on Saturday, but I thought perhaps some people might want an organized outing. I had a few ideas:

ReplyDeletefirst, thanks for doing this-i wrote something awhile ago but it got lost in the cyber-ether. a couple of comments: when wendy and i were talking about the possibility of a reunion last dec., we were looking over old photos to scan. we were thinking of a show and tell kind of presentation-there are photos of grandparents, parents, kids. i haven't talked to wendy about this is awhile but how would folks feel about such a presentation possibly saturday before the dinner or after. are we thinking about a dinner at the Farm/Inn similar to what you had at your wedding? we'd also need some techie to set up the big show if we were to present the scanned photos.
also, maybe cousin steve(aka the Factoid Kid) would be interested in assembling a berst family history for presentation. what do you think steve?
my plans at this point would be to arrive friday afternoon june 1 and leave on july 4 for nova scotia.

Hi all. We are getting closer to July 1st. I'd like to get a head count for meal planning purposes. Adrienne and I are going to try our hand at Red Gate Chicken and want to be sure everyone gets a taste!Plus, I'm assuming many of you would like a lobster (or 2) and I can order ahead.
